Pool (no water) by Mark Ravenhill

As frenetic as a story can get, Pool (no water) follows the journey of four starving artist friends invited to the Californian home of an invisible fifth friend who's "made it" financially. After a horrific drug induced accident involving an empty swimming pool and a swan dive, the four friends with too much time and resources on their hands begin to create a video art installation based off the near death and healing of the  injured fifth. Drugs are taken. Minds are twisted. And the ultimate question of the price of making "art" and selling out are brutal exorcised from their psyches.
